We double-bed — adhesive on both tile and substrate — to avoid hollow or loose tiles. We use more material than competitors; that is how we can guarantee perfect fitting.

Why do you double-bed the adhesive?
Applying adhesive to both tile and substrate prevents voids under the tile, the main cause of loose and cracked pieces.
